Because there is so much happening I have made it available to read on the PSTEC website as pages.

In this issue:

Why PSTEC is changing.
Become an affiliate for PSTEC: (Become an affiliate: 50% share)
Become a PSTEC Trainer (Become a trainer: 100% share)
3 new major PSTEC audios.

(1. PSTEC Cascade Release,

2. PSTEC Self Help Stop Smoking System,

3. PSTEC Accelerators)

When you check out the new audiosource.org website be sure to listen to some of the wonderful new stuff on there.

From now on you'll see the name Jeff Harding on the PSTEC Updates too. That's because Jeff is heading up many of the new initiatives to get PSTEC out to as many people as possible. I realised ages ago that I simply couldn't steer PSTEC without a little help so Jeff is taking over much of the support work.
That should leave me more time to develop the PSTEC materials and also to promote PSTEC itself, sand this should benefit all concerned.

Be sure to check out Jeff's great PSTEC related interviews (100% free by the way). They are a must listen and you'll find them in the affiliate resources section (see pstec affiliates above).

Enjoy

PSTEC Accelerator

This blog entry contains an offer of even more free PSTEC audio.

Over the last couple of months a huge number of PSTEC developments have been moving towards fruition. They will be announced very soon via PSTEC Updates and this blog.

For now though I must keep them secret but do watch out for them. They will create all kinds of opportunity for enhancing your therapy practice with PSTEC.

In the meantime though I do want to notify you of an offer of a major new PSTEC audio which any therapist who uses PSTEC can have absolutely for FREE.

What is it? Well, in about two weeks I will release a completely new tutorial/package which includes additional PSTEC tracks. This will be "The PSTEC Accelerator" audios.

The clue is in the title. It's purpose is to speed and enhance progress with any of the other PSTEC audio packages. It comprises an in depth tutorial and some very special PSTEC tracks.

Because so many of you have been so supportive and encouraging of PSTEC I am making this offer of yet another free audio package, much as I did with the smoking package when it was first released.

So in a couple of weeks I will be giving the entire PSTEC Accelerator package completely free to every single therapist who is listed as a member of The PSTEC Register. Why?

Some members of the register have been contacted within hours of being listed so I do know that it is very very useful to many users of PSTEC who are looking for guidance either in person or by phone.

And whilst the register is not mine, it is approved by me. For this reason I believe that the members of such a useful resource should be rewarded. Therefore if you are a member, you will get the accelerator audios for completely free.

(To be sure I don't miss you out, any member of the PSTEC Register who doesn't get a free copy of the PSTEC Accelerator by July 2nd 2010 should write to me and I'll get one sent out to you as soon after that date as I can)

Remember also to keep an eye out for the extremely important "PSTEC Updates" bulletin in the very near future. There will be more free stuff on the way.

PSTEC Register and Certification

Once again I've been somewhat slow to blog but very busy all the same. Today sees the launch of a new and important step in the progression of PSTEC

Andy Eckley a PSTEC practitioner has taken on the task of creating and maintaining a searchable register of PSTEC practitioners. Up until now only therapists with websites had the means to make their availability known and this was of detriment to those without.

As of today though, any therapist who has studied the PSTEC level 1 or advanced training materials may apply to join the register.

Those trained in PSTEC may of course continue to use the "trained in" logos but some therapists have also requested the option to be formally certificated and to have something that they can show their clients on paper.

Therefore, for those who wish it, there is also the option to get certification by means of examination. (This is undertaken online) Those who are on the register and pass can of course also have this reflected in their register entry. At the time of launch the only available examination is level 1 but the advanced is also expected to go live within the next seven days.

His site now carries the status as being the official PSTEC Register.

My thanks to Andy for taking on this task. This is a major step forward for PSTEC and should be of benefit to all those involved with it. The cost of setting up the site has been quite considerable and so I extend my gratitude to Andy for all of his hard work in making this resource available.

The site has been approved by me, but it is not under my auspices. Therefore any questions relating to it should go directly to Andy. It can be visited at http://www.pstecregister.org

Did you know that PSTEc has a forum?

One thing that PSTEC has been missing, is somewhere for users to discuss their experiences with other users.

I am therefore grateful to Soie, (a watcher of this blog and also an advocate of PSTEC) for her kindness in creating such a facility.

She has created PSTECfans,ning.com. I haven't had time to undertake this myself because there is so much more PSTEC material still being worked on and many of these projects are absolutely huge.

After some initial discussion, Andy Eckley who is resident on the other side of the UK, looks set to be the contact for proper PSTEC certification. At the moment, PSTEC offers qualification by means of studying the PSTEC Level 1 audio. This will continue but in order to move PSTEC forward in a positive direction, any therapists who want it, will hopefully soon also be able to take a proper test in order to gain full certification by means of examination.

Andy also plans to offer a searchable database on which anyone practising PSTEC can be listed. This will be great especially for anyone without a website who wants to offer PSTEC either in person or coaching clients over the phone.

As soon as all of this is up and running, I'll post the details on the blog.

More physical problems being resolved

Ever since the launch of PSTEC I've received reports of physical problems being resolved.

When I created PSTEC I never intended it to find any kind of use for pain control or indeed for other physical problems. Despite this, PSTEC does often seem to work.

I've had couple of emails about this in just the last couple of days. One for example from someone whose foot had been painful since an injury many years before. They applied PSTEC to the pain and the memory of the injury. They inform me that when they did this almost nstantly the pain disappeared.

What the PSTEC audio appears to demonstrate is that it's not only emotions which become attached to memories. So it seems can physical pains which can endure long after all the physical side is resolved. In such instances PSTEC appears to work very successfully, detaching the pain from the memory in exactly the same way as it does with emotions.

I'm still not advocating PSTEC for pain or for physical problems because I believe anyone suffering such problems should seek medical assistance but the results are certainly extremely interesting.

PSTEC Stop Smoking System goes live

This is just a very quick note to any therapist readers of the blog. You may like to know that I have finally finished work on the PSTEC Stop Smoking System.

In some ways a system for successful smoking cessation is a complex undertaking especially when I have such a diverse range of potential users of the system.

There are some complimentary copies to give away though. If you have been particularly supportive of PSTEC or happen to have a website and are already advertising PSTEC Level 1 skills on there, then drop me a line and for now at least I'll send you a complimentary copy of the smoking cessation system.

Also nearly finished is an audio book, the title of which remains a closely guarded secret! That will be followed by the other audios which I mentioned a while back.

For anyone who's waiting on those other audios.... Rest assured, they are on the way. :)

Interesting Feedback

As more therapists discover PSTEC I continue to receive wonderful and varied reports. I wanted to publish one that I just received which clearly illustrates the wide variety of uses and just how good the results are when it is properly used. In this case the report comes from a talented and highly qualified therapist from Essex, Umesh Damania.

Umesh has studied PSTEC Level 1 and he is proving to be very adept with PSTEC.

"Hi Tim

Just to let you know that I had 5 clients in yesterday, and with 4 of them, I only used Pstec for the session.

* Lady with long standing anxiety that I’ve seen for over 15 sessions during the last 2 years. Round 1, sud 7 went to 3 and the thoughts were the same, but the feelings were diminished. Then round 2, sud 3 stayed at 3, the thoughts were still there, but could not bring up their feelings.

* Male client with sexual anxiety problems. Very analytical in nature. Seen him for a prolonged period with very little progress/ or shift in the anxiety. Started with working on these thoughts - Round 1 sud 9 to 4, round 2 sud 4 to 3 no feedback apart from confusion, round 3 worked on the anxiety, sud 10 to 2. Feedback was the "the tape made an amazing difference,
thank you so much"

* Newish client with extreme angry/violent issues. Round 1 sud 7 to 3, round 2 sud 3 to 1. Feedback, feels really silly about the outbursts, has small flashbacks, but cant seem to grab hold of them in his mind!

* Lady I’ve seen for 6 sessions regarding PSTD, panic attacks, anxiety. Worked in anxiousness. Round 1 sud 8 to 3, Round 2, sud 3 to 0. Feedback, can see the event still, but dissociated now, with no feelings. Confusion, like it’s happened to someone else.

So 4 very different cases and incredible results. Feels like the technique of choice now!

I’m going to see if I can work with it on weight loss clients somehow

Many thanks Tim, can’t wait to try it out on other stuff, as well as the smoking version one day!

Umesh
web: www.thewoodlandpractice.co.uk

Web: www.sportingmind.co.uk

Blog: http://umeshdamania.wordpress.com/about/

If you are a therapist and you'd like to get these kinds of results then the PSTEC Level 1 audio will teach you how.

NB: the smoking cessation program should be ready for PSTEC therapists in a few weeks.

PSTEC In Spanish - follow up

On the 18th of December I reported the first us of PSTEC in Spanish. In the meantime Lou Ravelle (who worked with me on the translation) has used PSTEC with number of Spanish speakers and so far EVERY one appears to have been successful.

I promised to report follow up results for his first, (the young lady with a chronic fear of flying) and yesterday I received an email from Lou in Spain which I've attached below.

"HI Tim,

Just heard from the girl who flew to Madrid after having click track for fear of flying. She has just arrived back in Mallorca and had to phone me even though today is a very important fiesta. The return trip went even better than the outward bound one. She is over the moon and has booked for a weight loss session on Monday and recommended two more new clients for hypnosis.

It is good to see that PSTEC doesn't seem to have any language barrier

Regards,

Lou Ravelle"

From a business perspective what's interesting is that by knowing how to properly conduct a PSTEC session (which in this case Lou did for free) he has got 3 bookings from paying clients.

Therapists who want to know how to use PSTEC properly with clients in this way should get and study PSTEC Level 1

Spanish Version of PSTEC: First Results Are In!

A while back I reported the collaboration between Lou Ravelle and a colleague of his with myself to produce a PSTEC click track in Spanish. This is something which we hope will ultimately benefit Spanish speakers in far flung corners of the world with no access to other therapies.

As I said in a recent blog post, Lou is currently the only person in the world with access to the tracks and he now has the task of trialing them over the next few months to ensure that they work as intended.
Well the first results are in.
He has used the newly created Spanish track with his first Spanish client and the result appears to have been spectacularly successful. This is what he has reported.

"Hi Tim
I was able to try it out for the first time yesterday, on a young lady with fear of flying. She arrived at my office with a knot in her stomach caused by her feelings about an upcoming flight to Madrid on the 27th. The young lady was amazed! She went from a fear rating 10 out of 10 down to a 0 in one round. We did just one play of the audio and,in her words, she was a changed person and the knotted stomach had gone and she was looking forward to the flight. "

Such a powerful and fast result is extremely encouraging.
This was also the first time out for an updated and even more refined version the algorithm which I use in order to determine the optimum timing, duration, and spacing of the sounds in relation to the spoken content. From this first result it would seem to be success.

If you have Spanish relatives Lou can be contacted via either his websites.

www.hipno.info (Spanish)

www.hypnopower.org.uk (English),

What's in the pipeline for PSTEC?

This week sees the move of PSTEC from shared hosting to a dedicated server. This means that the site will have access to far more bandwidth, and so I will be able to offer more variety and also faster downloads.

Consequently, more important material is on the way. As I've already mentioned, I'm already working on the Stop Smoking system exclusively for advertising PSTEC Level 1 therapists, which will be free, (ETA Jan/Feb 2010). Aside from that, all of the following are in the pipeline as well so remember to keep an eye on the PSTEC website.

First I'll be providing a guide to Success with PSTEC + PSTEC Positive. (Note: Now available)

Then, and because a number of people have wondered about quite where PSTEC has come from I have some very specialist audios in development.

Currently these look set to include:
The Mind Model: Lots of people have asked me about this one. This is the model of the human mind and its workings which has taken me years to put together and from which PSTEC™ and a number of other unique techniques have been derived. As regards psychology, this is totally different from anything you've ever seen. It may be different but I'm confident regarding it's accuracy. As well as explaining almost all human behaviour and belief it also fully explains hypnosis, a phenomenon which has otherwise always been somewhat mysterious but which in the context of this model becomes extremely predictable and easily understandable.

PSTEC Cascade Release: This is another entirely different but very rapid way to help people with problems. PSTEC Cascade Release is another unique and easy technique which I derived from the Mind Model. (This one makes use of an absolutely fascinating new principle, ...exploiting temporal shifts).

Voids In Therapy: Understanding the huge importance of voids in therapy, what they are, how to create them and how to put them to use in order to help people escape problems.

Reality Bubbles and Plastification: Isn't plastification a great word? It's important too. This audio will describe what these things are, why they are important, and also how to use them to help people for the purposes of therapy or indeed to help yourself.

Direct Suggestion in Hypnosis:. One of the things which frustrates many people who use hypnosis is that direct suggestions can seem to be somewhat unpredictable in terms of results. In this audio I plan to explain in the context of the Mind Model, why it works, why failures occur and also why suggestions sometimes appear to wear off. Understanding these mechanisms and principles enables direct suggestion to be used in a far more powerful and much more effective way.

There are a couple of others which I think may be useful to practicing therapists but these are all pretty much laid out.

I have also made my "Be Free From Bulimia" audio system available from the PSTEC website.
After much consideration regarding the pros and cons of doing so I've decided to do this so that therapists can see an example of exactly how PSTEC can be used in the context of a much larger therapeutic intervention.

So as you can imagine I'm rather busy at the moment. In every case my overriding priority will be to provide items of the very highest possible quality and also items which are totally original and unique. So remember to keep an eye on the site and pop back from time to time.

PSTEC in Spanish is on the way

The hypnotherapist Lou Ravelle (of Mallorca Spain), a friend of his (also a student of hypnosis) and myself have been working very hard these last few weeks to create the first ever translation of percussive suggestion into a language other than English....namely Spanish.

Translation proved to be incredibly complex and it has taken a great deal of time. This is partly because of the complexity of the relationship between, clicks, tones and language on the PSTEC audios. The relationship between all the elements on the audios is extremely precise and has to be timed very carefully.

Consequently it took me 3 days just to space the language and add the percussive sounds correctly. In Spain, Lou and his colleague did a really tremendous job with the vocals and so between us and after a number of weeks effort the finished Spanish tracks are ready for use.

As a reward for all of his efforts, Lou will be the only person with access to PSTEC in Spanish for the next few months. During that time he will be able to assess the success of the translation process. Once that assessment is complete I hope to make it available for free to everyone else via the PSTEC website.

In the meantime anyone in Spain who would to experience the power of PSTEC in either English or Spanish can now do so by contacting Lou via one of his websites.
www.hypnopower.org.uk (English),
www.hipno.info (Spanish)

One reason that we have all worked hard on this is because many of the world's poorest people speak Spanish. Hopefully in future PSTEC will reach at least some of them, providing access to a useful and easily portable therapy.

My sincere thanks to Lou and his colleague for having done such a splendid job.

Two new important audios

I've been quiet with regards to the blog lately because I am hard at work on the evolution of important PSTEC developments.

The reactions to the PSTEC Level 1 audio (therapy guide) have been absolutely brilliant. Everyone seems to love it. So much so that even some non therapists have got it for themselves.

To say thank you to those therapists who subsequently advertise themselves as "PSTEC Level 1" on their websites, I have decided that a really big FREE treat is in order. And those therapists who dismiss PSTEC will simply miss out.

I recently realised that PSTEC can be used to create a truly awesome stop smoking system so I have begun work on the PSTEC smoking cessation system. What readers of this blog may not realise is that I am already expert in smoking cessation techniques, and by combining what I already know about that with percussive suggestion a remarkable product is taking shape.

It will require a therapist to work someone through the process but should produce excellent results. Sometime in early 2010 I will be making this system available absolutely FREE to PSTEC level 1 therapists who advertise themselves as such.

The therapists who don't get on board in the meantime will really kick themselves when they find out what they have missed out on.

Not everyone is a therapist though, and in order to keep things balanced up I will be making another important PSTEC audio available to absolutely everyone later this week.

More amazing feedback

This week I have to say a really big thank you to Cheryl Janecky for telling her subscribers about PSTEC and collating a wide variety of user experience.

Cheryl who is pictured below runs http://www.Quick-Good-Fortune.com

I'm very grateful to Cheryl primarily because she has gone about an independent assesment of PSTEC in an intelligent and thorough way.

After trying PSTEC herself and being delighted with with the results, she tells me that she got three friends to try it who were all successful and then another six, each of whom reported good results.

At that point Cheryl put PSTEC out to the membership of her excellent and interesting Ezine and has subsequently collected all kinds of amazing and useful feedback. Much of which relates to uses I have not heard about before and some fascinating success stories. In fact Cheryl's feedback is teaching me things about potential uses of PSTEC that I had not previously considered.
Cheryl will be posting some of the detail regarding those results and so if you are interested I can thoroughly recommend visiting her website which is well worth a visit. http://www.Quick-Good-Fortune.com

PSTEC Therapy Guide and PSTEC Level 1 go live.

In between answering endless emails and making updates to the PSTEC website I have been hard at work on a therapy guide which is just for therapists who want to add PSTEC to their commercial practices.

It went live on the PSTEC websie site a couple of days ago and should allow visitors to the site who are not confident in using the process themselves to seek out practitioners who know better how to get the best results.

Failing that, if they already have a therapist then this new audio will allow their therapist to quickly study the process in order to do the very best for their client.

So if you happen to be a therapist, life coach or counsellor and want to work other people through the PSTEC process on a regular basis then the specialist therapy guide should fill an important gap.

Physical Problems Being Resolved with PSTEC

Although the PSTEC site is only just over a month old it has produced some startling feedback.

Much to my surprise (and delight) two postings have been received in just the last week which describe actual physical changes being accomplished by means of PSTEC. Both these emails demonstrate the amazing power of this process.

The first is from a lady whose most helpful email describes how her long term overbite seems to have disappeared after clearing out lots of unwanted emotions.

And today I got a second really astonishing email from a chap in the USA who has recorded how the audio has quickly relieved him from many years of agonising back pain. Even more impressive, is that he reports a new ability to stand fully upright which was apparently not possible before.

His feedback is interesting because he set out not to relieve emotions but to relieve himself from his back pain which was apparently unresponsive to the efforts of doctors or pain killers and has been for many years.

I have posted the entire email on the second of the user feedback pages (page 1 quickly became too large). If you would like to discover exactly how he did this, his email is truly fascinating and you can read it here.

I do not advocate PSTEC for physical problems since people should clearly seek medical advice but equally, it is truly enlightening. It illustrates the effects of subconsciously held emotions and traumas, and the links between body and mind. Many thanks to Danny for having been kind enough to send this feedback in.

Exciting Enhancements Coming Online and WIKI

1) The feedback I have had so far has given me an insight into the wide variety of uses to which free PSTEC audio is already being put.Even before the launch of the website I had some significant improvements in mind but the feedback has allowed me to fully specify the requirements for major improvements.

As a result, I have put together a pair of new improved and even more powerful PSTEC audio files. They are designed to perform the same "eraser for the mind" function but to do it even better than the original audio. And if you have read the user feedback already received that's quite a target!

The new audios are each a couple of minutes longer than the originals (14 minutes duration) and will be loaded onto the download page sometime in the next twenty four hours. If you want to try these for yourself they will be loaded ad pstec audio files 4 and 5.

As ever, your feedback on these will be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

2) Does anyone know how to use Wikipedia? A correspondent has told me that PSTEC and percussive suggestion Technique should have an entry, especially given the significant results already achieved in such a short space of time. If you know how to do this please feel free.

Blog goes live October 15th

It's been a month today since the PSTEC site was launched. With almost no budget for advertising PSTEC has had to stand on it's own two feet from the start!

Conseqeuently I have been encouraging users to tell other people and to leave a link here or there for others to find. Thanks to everyone who has so far contributed to what I hope will prove to be a free therapy phenomenon.

So far the feedback has been just incredible and it's been really gratifying to know that a method I created is already helping people whom I've never met and that this is happening in countries right around the World.

I was also very fortunate that Harley Street therapist Maria Clyne found the PSTEC site and downloaded the audio which she then used to release a woman from a fear that she had had for her entire adult life. It's feedback like that which will help PSTEC to grow.

PSTEC took a huge amount of effort and thought to put together and the website has been no small job either. Now I find myself putting pen to paper or rather finger to keyboard as I have a bash at knocking out a blog for the first time in my life.

The purpose of the PSTEC blog is to record significant events and to notify you of any advances, interesting uses, hints, tips, stories or important news.

I am busily working on lots more audio which I will be making available. Some will be for therapists and some for self help so remember to bookmark PSTEC because there's more on the way!
